Storm door installation · London, Ontario
Another thoughtful layer at the door you use every day.
A storm door should complement your entrance—not catch, clash or get in the way. We plan the product, mounting and clearances around the entry you already have.
Customer-supplied installation or supply-and-install. A single door is welcome.

Make the entrance work together
The extra door should not mean extra effort.
A closer that pulls too hard. Handles that almost meet. A frame that never looked quite right. Small details can make a daily entrance feel less considered than the rest of your home.
Task Elite installs storm doors in London, Ontario and nearby communities. We review the chosen product, mounting surface, main-door clearance and hardware before confirming the installation scope.
Find your starting point
Where are you with your door project?
Pick the closest fit. Your choice helps shape the conversation—not a sales package.
Choose a starting point above, or tell us about your project in your own words. Single-door and multiple-door jobs are equally welcome.

A considered outer layer
Fit the storm door to the entrance—not the other way around.
Check compatibility first.
The product dimensions, existing casing and main-door arrangement affect suitability. Share the product specifications before assuming a new storm door will fit.
Plan handles, hinges and closing.
Clearance between doors, swing direction and closer placement are considered with the selected assembly. The finished operation should be checked as a complete entrance.
Clarify preparation and finishing.
Existing mounting surfaces or trim may need attention. Your quote identifies the preparation, hardware, finishing and removal included in the work.
A clearer installation plan
The right scope for your entrance.
Storm-door installation
Product size, frame compatibility, mounting preparation and hardware determine the installation scope. We confirm the written quote for your selected assembly.
Supply or entrance preparation
We can discuss supply-and-install or fit a door you own. Any additional preparation or change to the entrance is separately identified.
Your written quote identifies included work, materials, applicable taxes and agreed extras. A main-entry replacement or an interior-door price is not automatically a storm-door installation price.

Check the finished fit.
We review the swing or slide, closing action and agreed finishing details, and leave the work area tidy.
Before you order
Know what will work with your entrance.
Can you install a storm door I already bought?
Yes. Send the product details and photographs of the existing entry so mounting requirements and clearances can be reviewed. Supply-and-install is also available.
Will any storm door fit my existing front door?
Not every assembly suits every entrance. Dimensions, mounting surfaces, handle clearance and the selected product's requirements need checking before installation is confirmed.
How much does storm door installation cost in London?
We quote the actual product and opening. Mounting preparation, hardware, removal and finishing can change the scope, so a standard interior or main-entry starting figure should not be treated as the price for this work.
Can you replace an old storm door?
Yes. We review the existing mounting condition and proposed replacement assembly. Removal, preparation and any additional trim work are identified in the written scope.
Can the main entry door be replaced at the same time?
Yes. Tell us about both doors so their compatibility and the combined installation can be assessed. The main entry and storm door remain distinct parts of the project scope.
