A BETTER ROOM STARTS WITH YOU

Not every change
means replacing everything.

A useful plan separates the things you want from the things that still need checking. These examples show how to start—not what your bathroom must become.

Bathroom design concept with a sink cabinet, planning notes and material samples.
Design concept for planning inspiration. Start with what you value, what could change and what needs checking.
KEEP

The pieces that earn their place.

“The toilet works well. We would rather put our attention elsewhere.”

What to check

Keeping an item is a preference, not a promise that it can stay. Its condition, position and fit with the proposed work still need review.

CHANGE

The part you work around every day.

“We need somewhere to put things, not just a different cabinet colour.”

What to discuss

Describe what needs storing and what feels awkward. That gives the product conversation a practical starting point before sizes and styles are chosen.

WORK IT OUT

The decisions you do not need to guess.

“We want a better shower. We do not know what would fit.”

What comes next

Start with the experience you want. Measurements, existing connections, preparation and suitable products need checking in your room.

Illustrative planning examples—not customer quotations or completed projects.

BEFORE YOU BUY TILE, TAPS OR CABINETS

Four things worth
making clear.

The planner organizes your preferences. A conversation about your actual bathroom connects those preferences to the work.

01 / THE ROOM

What can sensibly stay?

List the items you would like to keep. Ask whether they are in good condition and will fit with the changes.

02 / THE WORK

What else changes with it?

A new product may also involve connections, preparation or repairs around it. Ask what the written quote includes.

03 / DAILY LIFE

How will home still work?

Talk about toilet use, washing and bathing separately—especially when this is your only bathroom.

04 / THE INVESTMENT

What are you actually pricing?

One installation, a bath-to-shower change and a whole-room renovation are different jobs. Do not treat one planning range as a price for them all.

CLEAR ABOUT WHAT COMES NEXT

Your questions,
before you start.

Made by Task Elite to prepare a useful bathroom conversation. You stay in control of what you share.

What will this bathroom planner give me?

A clear first action, advice for each priority you choose, and a Keep / Change / Check overview. You can change one group of answers without starting again, then copy a short summary or your full plan. It is a starting plan—not a measured design, inspection or approval of the work.

Will it calculate an exact renovation price?

No. It does not calculate a price from your answers or decide whether products will fit. The actual room, chosen products and agreed work need checking before a written quote. Task Elite's bathroom budgeting guide provides separate planning guidance; individual installations and bath-to-shower changes are assessed on their own.

What if I am not sure what to change?

Choose the closest answer or “Not sure yet.” The result keeps undecided items visible. It does not invent measurements, product choices or a renovation package for you.

Can the planner tell me whether I need a permit?

No. Ask who will check the approvals and inspections needed for your actual work. The planner does not determine permission to build, electrical or plumbing requirements, or whether an existing item is suitable to keep.

How are my answers saved and shared?

Your choices can be saved in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes after your last saved change. An expired saved copy is discarded when checked, but your open answers remain available. Changes made while editing a finished plan are saved when you select “Update my plan.” Start again clears this planner’s saved choices. Browser storage may not be available.

No contact details or documents are needed to use the planner. Copy or print a plan, or use your device’s sharing options when available. Sharing sends your chosen text to the app you select; it does not submit a Task Elite enquiry. “Discuss my bathroom plan” prepares an editable enquiry. Review, change or remove it before submitting. Nothing is sent to Task Elite until you submit that form.

Ordinary website activity measurement may apply. Detailed answers and contact information are not included in planner-usage events. Planning method version 2.0 · Task Elite is the publisher.

Just a place to start.
